' Pierre has been a valued member of our Rugby Club for many years, I have had the pleasure of his coaching assistance for the over 6 years with our Mini Section. 

As a Rugby Club, we place enormous emphasis on the Core values of Rugby Union:

Pierre has demonstrated all of the above and has a great understanding of coaching the game, particularly encouraging the squad during our weekly training sessions and especially when representing the Rugby Club at Tournaments, Festivals and Tours. He is a very popular member of the Club, his physic, athleticism and determination are key qualities for a rugby coach, but what I think is far more impressive, is Pierre’s good humour and humility. 

Having coached with Pierre for over 6 years, I can say with confidence, that he would be a welcome addition to any organisation'.

 ' Pierre Noah has been working as one of our development football coaches, volunteering his personal time for a while, helping to develop core and essential skills to boys that live in an area where opportunities are far and few between. He came into the role when the club was going through extremely challenging circumstances, but with his and the other coaches’ contributions, we have been able to expand our operations and provide more football activities to the Pollards Hill community than we ever thought that was possible before we came together to save the club. Without Pierre’s contribution this would have never been possible as his dedication and perseverance to support and aid young people in the community that may not be growing up in the right environment, to nurture the promising talents, not just in football but also in whatever these amazing boys and girls dreams are for the future, Pierre has been there as a mentor and a source of advice and motivation to help provide them with the mentally that they will need to succeed in whatever they decide to pursue in the future. We can speak highly enough of Pierre and what he has contributed to our community, and although he may no longer be able to coach anymore, he still remains a valued member of our club and local community, as well as taking his talents to support the masses of young boys and girls that maybe going through similar challenges to those in our community. We are proud of the work Pierre is doing and will once again be able to use his efforts in supporting the community as a source of motivation to our boys and girls in our team. Good luck with everything Pierre and we all know you will continue to inspire, motivate and support parents in Raising their stars for the future'.
