ACC Mentoring Program (‘AMeP’)
In April 2024, ACC will be launching a Mentoring Program known as AMeP which aims at cultivating a protected relationship which supports learning and development of young people in our community.
The program pairs trusted and respected professionals “the mentor” who uses their experience to offer guidance, encouragement, and support to a young person “the mentee” helping them to focus and develop their potential in their chosen field.
The essence of our mentoring program is for the pair to work with each setting goals for the young person, meeting regularly and building on their passion to help them to succeed and realise their future ambition.
We at ACC believe that with the right nurturing relationship and ongoing support, a dysregulated young person could rebuild their passion and skills far more rapidly than everyday experience would typically allow.

ACC partners with Hyde Tutoring to boost children’s academic learning
Children in London and surrounding areas are to benefit from an exciting partnership between ACC and Hyde Tutoring being launched today, Monday 5 April 2021.
It is important now more so than ever for children and young people to catch up on learning after the crisis to education and learning has worsened due to Covid-19.
Children and young people who meet the criteria for a referral to Hyde Tutoring will get extra support through our education A3RK programme; ‘Achieving, Reading, Writing, Arithmetic, Knowledge’, a new initiative to give children from disadvantaged backgrounds the opportunity to improve learning, boost confidence and support to reach their full potential.
The A3RK programme is free for children who meet the criteria within ACC’s services from disadvantaged backgrounds and it is individually tailored to each child’s educational needs to ensure success. The A3RK programme will prepare young people for the most competitive entrance exams offering 1-1 and group tuition classes.
Pierre Noah, ACC Founder, said:
“We are delighted to partner with Hyde Tutoring, and to offer children who meet the criteria for a referral, the opportunity to access free personal tutoring through our A3RK education programme.
We believe that every person should be able to reach their full potential in education, regardless of their background and we are proud to be teaming with Hyde Tutoring to improve the chances for disadvantaged children, through offering personal tuition.
This partnership will help to improve children’s academic learning and give them the knowledge and confidence to succeed - at a time when disadvantaged students need more support than ever.”
Charlotte Hyde, Hyde Tutoring Founder said:
“Education opens doors and provides opportunities. I personally believe that all children, irrespective of their background, have the right to high quality education, so they can achieve in school, university and in their careers. By providing these children with inspiring, passionate teachers, they will be given the chance to fulfil their potential and reach their goals.
Covid-19 has led to greater divisions in educational achievements. We have been very involved with tutoring children throughout the pandemic, to ensure their education does not suffer. I am proud to say that we have helped children form various backgrounds during this time.
Our partnership with ACC means that we can help more children. We will be helping children via group lessons, intensive holiday courses and one-to-one lessons too. I am so proud of our tutors who have volunteered their time, free of charge, to support children through ACC.”
